BrowQueen Microblading is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Morrisville, NC

BrowQueen Microblading is a leading integrated health and education system for schools and communities. We provide a comprehensive array of health, wellness, educational, and learning resources to over 6,000 students and families in over 100 communities throughout Morrisville, NC.

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for answering phone calls, taking messages, checking in patients, and making payments at the school office. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and organized. This position is a full-time position with benefits after 90 days!

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and answer the phone
  • Check in patients using our patient portal
  • Check out patients using the patient portal
  • Collect payments using our payment portal
  • Collecting lost and found items for the office
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
